my flu recovered on Wed. and m0i happily went HOT YOGA yesthday with Monica & Jasmine. diao >_<"" oh we have this free trial at True Yoga. so Monica & i give it a try. (Jasmine did Yoga b4)

oh my god, we simply don't understand what the instructor was uttering. his accent damm strong lor. after the yoga session, three of us feel super tired. having problem walking up & down the stairs. haha... pain pain pain!!!! sob_sob =(

this is my first time & might be my last time... lolx~ feel so lousy!!!
